Action from the US, France ect. can be predicted months before they actually make the decision, in North-Korea one can't.

What exactly could North Korea do ? Send a unicorn ?

If they can send a metric fuck ton of small arms and tanks I imagine they could do something like send SF.

The better question is why exactly Daesh went after a Nork couple, probably not the best idea they've ever had.

Since they can't launch a massive invasion, they could step up their arms shipments and send in special forces.
Aside from that ofcourse, unicorns aren't a bad idea either; And before you start complaining that unicorns don't exist, they actually do in North-Korea, or you're telling me this picture is fake?
Then there's the option to send the glorious leader himself, he will just shoot IS fighters with laser eyes and can't be hit becouse he's bullet proof.

I'm aware, afaik I know more about the KPA than most other people on NSG. Guess Daesh is just trying to dig the hole even deeper, they really don't have many friends except the screaming edgy teens.

No clue, probably once the failing commanders are replaced with commanders that are motivated and know what they're doing. Its currently just sad to see how Iraq gets ruined becouse of a few men incapable of doing their jobs.
