Here's question: what do the statistics say about Spongebob and iCarly? You kinda cut it off there. Also, no, it shouldn't be banned. Not Nickolodian, not Cartoon Network, not any of them. So what if some of the content is innapropriate? Most kids won't pick up on the references anyways.
