Actually, Adam and Eve were created for eternal life, only because of sin did they die. Being the first humans, they had immensely long lifespans (900 years or so), and, being the first humans, they didn't have bad mutations in their DNA. They were both perfect, at least, on the outside. On the inside they were sinners. I don't know how old Eve was when she hit menopause -- I don't think its relevant. We know she lived probably as long as Adam did, maybe less or more. Maybe she never hit menopause until she was very, very old. No one knows for sure. The fact that they undoubtedly raised 50 kids or more is a testament to God's power and his hand in all matters.
