well he executed her not in self defense and not on his property, but given what had happened previously I can understand his sentiments. I hope that they are as lenient as possible, he was wrong in his final act but he was also acting under very irregular circumstances that were brought out by the people who burgled his property and beat him. I think that many normally law abiding and life respecting citizens could act in a similar way under such circumstances.
