Why am I here? That's a difficult question. Perhaps I have been sent on a divine mission and I'm unaware of it, perhaps I am merely the product of a random world, or perhaps I don't even exist and my ostensible perception of things is just a phenomenon caused by much more absolute and cosmic things.

I guess that thus far my purpose in life has been to help others realize their own. Even now at this moment in my life when I've decided that I have to focus on myself more, I realize just how much I truly thrive off showing benevolence to my friends and family.

Wait! I just realized, that's my purpose - to feed, water, pet, take to the vet, medicate and otherwise cater to my feline overlords - Tessa, Sophie and Emma. They give my life meaning and purpose. Perhaps it can be viewed as such. Though with the way I see it, when my actions benefit others in a healthy way I notice that they tend to pass on the feeling of "goodness" that I feel whenever I myself have helped them. As such, it creates a ripple effect. Ghandi had a saying: "Be the change you wish to see in the world."
For me, that is reason enough for me to be here on this Earth.
