Yeah, there's a boatload of jobs that aren't combat. Although that doesn't mean their skills aren't vital to make a great combat force even far from the battlefield itself.

Depends.
If the school is international but it has ties with the U.S and is applicable for Federal Aid funds (which I do not see how this would make any damn sense, but assuming it does) then no, it wouldn't.
If on the other hand said uni is not part or even recognized by the U.S. then no, Federal Aid funds are not applicable for those unis.
Have you filled your FAFSA already?!
Not yet, am I supposed to this early?!

Hopefully which is possible in Sweden via Swedish government aid and scholarships.
But, 1800 per year for four years of tuition in Scotland still comes out to about 12,000 USD which is still far more affordable than 150,000 USD tuition here in North Carolina.
If you're counting on getting UK citizenship, do note it takes 5 years of residence to get it.I'd rather not carry it on my hip and scare customers. Having it in my purse is preferable.Soldati senza confini wrote:Michigan is an Open-Carry state, meaning she can carry her gun openly.
However, the state is a registration-required state, meaning that the gun she purchases has to be registered with the city chief of police or with the county sheriff:

Carrying it on your hip might trigger "not so different after all" moment with the crazy rednecks.

Lady, no shit, that legitly pisses me off. How in all hells can someone not notice the fact that only about 12 jobs out of nearly 200 in the army are actual combat MOS'?
Because when the army, navy, or marines send stuffs in the mail trying to persuade people to join, they broadcast active duty and numerous tours across seas.

I still would much rather attend college in Sweden if I can find a way around the language barrier and if it is any more affordable..
But I do have friends who live in the UK. But family in Sweden. So those two places are my top places I am looking at outside the U.S.

Fuck that. Hell, I'm not a good representation of it, but there's a literal fuck-ton of jobs in the military that with enough research turn out to be pretty damn good jobs.

When do you leave high school?

I mean, if I could obtain a job that kept me in the states or far far away from conflict, then I would join if their promise to pay my college tuition still holds true.

Hell, every one deploys, but a lot of jobs stay on FOB's. They never leave the wire, and work in actual workspaces with AC and mortar proof bunkers nearby.

I was told to fill it out by December.
I'd recommend using this year's taxes from your parents then. And I recommend filling them out by November if you want to plan on early and call Universities and Colleges (big, small, community) so that you can fill an "early registration" form once you are satisfied.
Several colleges let you apply as early as December. So, somewhere in November is when you should have that done.
