All those articles about alarm clocks and clocks and everything for heavy sleepers is useless; I'm not looking for a way to prevent me from using a snooze button, I want something that can turn a night person into a day person. I don't feel tired until 4 or 5, and want to wake up between 7 and 8. No matter when I wake up/go to bed I just don't get tired until nearly sunrise. Even if I stay awake all night.

Try cardio. Something to wear you down so you're tired at night. When you have your diet all properly sorted out, of course.
