Right now they're more concerned with getting the mark off. I thought originally that killing Cain would mean the end of the mark. But I guess now only God can remove the mark. "The river ends at the source"


or: that means they have to kill dean and this is the last season of the show..(maybe)

I'm not a Christian, but I do hope that all of you have a happy Lenten season!

That's not what I said. There are not two "Christianities" here. The Christianity followed by creationists is, for the most part, the same as the Christianity followed by the rest of us. Being a creationist doesn't make you a "bad Christian" or a "false Christian" or anything like that. It just makes you a Christian who happens to be wrong about something.

You are not required to be right about everything in order to be a good Christian. You are also not required to keep up with modern scientific knowledge in order to be a good Christian. A kind, generous, loving person from a small village in Egypt who never received any kind of formal education at all can be a better Christian than any of us here. Being a good Christian is about loving God and your fellow human beings. It's not about how much you know or whether your opinions about natural history are correct or false.

Having said that, of course it helps to be informed about modern scientific knowledge. It is a good thing. But it is not related to your status as a Christian.

Is propagating false information that could potentially eventually lead to deaths something a good christian should do ?
If not, is ignorance an excuse ?

It is actually probably the oldest theological truth in all of the Abrahamic Religions. Ignorance is a defense. There's a reason it was called the tree of knowledge of Good and Evil. Adam and Eve sinned but were ignorant. It wasn't until they ate of the tree that they knew of their sins.
