Christianity gets to decide who is Christian.

And nowhere have I ever read that a doubtful believer cannot be Christian.

There is a difference between a believer with doubts, and an agnostic.

A believer with doubts is an agnostic theist.
A believer who is mostly convinced of the existence of their God, but will not make factual claims, is an agnostic theist.

Agnostics and Atheists can be Christians if they were baptized as babies because of Catholic tradition.

Of course, if you don't count heretics as Christians then I guess you can say they are not. However a heretic is a person who is in error, not necessarily not Christian.

A person who is not Christian anymore, by virtue, actually renounces his or her affiliation to the church and to the teachings of Christ. You can't do one or the other. Each one is a point of heresy, but it's not, in itself, a renunciation of Christianity.

Uh, no that's not correct. Heretics are still Christians. If they weren't, they'd no longer be heretics, they'd just be a separate religion.

No they're not. What you're thinking are Apostates. Apostasy is the renunciation of one's religion, not heresy. In the Catholic view Protestants are heretics, but they are still Christian because they're not apostates.

You are confusing two different concepts: heretics and infidels.

"Heresy" is how myself and my separated brother in Christ here might describe one another should we get into a heated argument about Babylonian whores and whatnot. My Catholicism and his Calvinism are in opposition to this extent.

However, an "infidel" or a "heathen" is beyond the pale of acceptability to us both. Someone who denies that Christ is the Son, for example, can in no way be described as a Christian, never mind one who outright denies the existence of God altogether.
