A believer with doubts is an agnostic theist.
A believer who is mostly convinced of the existence of their God, but will not make factual claims, is an agnostic theist.

You didn't dispute the fact they were Christian, you simply strengthened my point.
You have a wrong understanding of what makes a Christian or not. Christians are those who believe in a God, and believe in Jesus Christ as His Son and personal Saviour. You have to understand that Christianity is narrow, rigid and orthodox unlike other religions.

I understand Christianity is narrow, rigid, and orthodox. However, and this is important, your point was that atheists Christians do not exist or that agnostic Christians don't. Agnostic/atheist Christians do exist, they simply are heretics.

Point in fact, there used to be a former NSer who identified as such.

Of course, if you don't count heretics as Christians then I guess you can say they are not. However a heretic is a person who is in error, not necessarily not Christian.
A person who is not Christian anymore, by virtue, actually renounces his or her affiliation to the church and to the teachings of Christ.
That's why they're called "heretics".

Uh, no that's not correct. Heretics are still Christians. If they weren't, they'd no longer be heretics, they'd just be a separate religion. The Third Nova Terra of Scrin wrote:Soldati senza confini wrote:

Once again, an atheist making up definitions of a religion he or she (if she turns out to be a female) does not perfectly understand.
Again, there are fundamental beliefs within Christianity, the Nicene Creed Irredento stated is a good example of the fundamental nature of Christianity. A person who renounces his or her affiliation to the Church is a problematic definition, as Catholicism and Orthodoxy are not the only branches of Christianity. I will not argue against you on saying that persons who are no longer Christians stopped following the teachings of Christ.
Also, heretics aren't Christians. That's why they're called "heretics".

The five issues in my issue box? Yeah, the same ones I started with a year ago. Never answered a single one on this account.
