Hamas and Fatah have a ton of local support Hamas and Fatah and all the other little groups are their defense forces keeping the Israelis out of Gaza and trying to remove them from the West Bank.

A ton of local support can be a few hundred. The IDF has the whole population under its security and without it, so many Israeli civilians would be killed because the iron done wouldn't exist without the IDF

Israel could dissolve the Iron Dome entirely and there still wouldn't be shit Israeli casualties.

iron dome's effect on causalities is negligible. this is because casualties were negligible.
