I can give you the link for that chart again if you are unable to locate it yourself. I'm in the upper-right quadrant, and it happens that parents who are in that quadrant tend to produce more successful offspring.

It is hardly off-topic that I am recommending a consultative, supportive approach to the issue of how school uniforms are designed. What do the children who have to wear them actually think? Do they think that they should have a right to wear whichever style of uniform they feel best suits their identity? That would be a useful way of supporting friends they may have who are "genderqueer," which is a popular issue today. Would they prefer a code of dress that is less rigid than the uniform but providing sufficient guidelines to keep offensive or distracting content out of the classroom?

Including the people who have to wear the things in the discussion would most likely produce the best results, in my opinion.
