If you're looking for something longer that's a lotta fun, I've been watching Fairy Tail as of late. Love the soundtrack for that show- the music was how my sis got me to start watching. "*driving up to Fanime* Wow, this music is really nice. Who's the artist?" "It's actually the Fairy Tail soundtrack." "Oooh?"

Oh, Fairy Tail, I need to catch up. I think I was up to ep. 20-21 last I watched.

Oh maaaaan. Things get all sorts of awesome and badass further in. I have to figure out which of Erza's bajillion outfits I wanna try and cosplay. XD

As for the suggestion elsewhere about One Piece... eh... something about the art style really turns me off. Watched several episodes back at the college anime club years ago, and it just didn't do it for me.

You know, I tried watching One Piece, but it never really captured my attention. In fact, after watching Symphogear (reccommended by Ameri), and SquidGirl, I haven't seen anything that truly appeals. At least not to me.

Have you seen Symphogear G yet?

Which is why you should read the manga, One Piece is one of those series that starts off boring, but then becomes more and more interesting as the series goes on.(But I recommend reading the manga, the anime's pacing is God awful)

Well, One Piece starts off rather boring, but as the series goes on it gets more and more interesting(But the manga is recommended more, the animes pacing is horrid) And the fact Hiro Mashima(Fairy Tail's author) got most of his inspiration from One Piece...

I just figured that most people who have watched AoT completely would know about who the Armored Titan is.

And it's not like I murdered someone.

First of all, I'm not mad about the spoilers. I knew who the Female, colossal, and armored titans are.
I'm annoyed because you are saying you like it, but turning around and being like "Don't waste your time" and "it's just the same thing over and over."

I read three or four chapters, not too long before moving to the US. The art is fantastic, IMO. And the story could prove to be a good anime, if rather dark.

I watched loads of it back when it first came on CN, and tried to read the manga, but it just frustrated me. I like comedy, but I want it to be... serious. :| I am explaining this terribly.

I felt the same way when I first watched Zatch Bell. For some reason, I remember watching it a lot when it ran on Toonami. But now that I think about it, the series was kind of silly.

I like comedy in an anime, but it irks me when they try to make serious scene funny by having a character crack a very unwitty joke.

Because that was the 4Kids dub, the most horrid thing 4Kids ever did was license One Piece(Thank God Funimation redubbed it). The story get more and more serious as the series goes on.
