I'd say - when you can - go to a dermatologist, as it isn't really normal then.
The closest I can imagine is either urticaria or dermatographia. But, I am not a doctor so my judgement should only be taken with a grain of salt.

I am not bathing in oil. I can barely stand the oil I put in my hair, and I certainly can't use lube. Touching oil freaks me out.

Well you can also use a humidifier to like restore moister to skin and from what I've read non-petroleum products help put too.
