Not very often. But a good number of these storms are cyclonic in nature and produce similar strength winds. The winds in this storm were around 74 miles an hour at their strongest. Storms like this can be as high as a Category 2 hurricane.

That movie looks great. It seems Kim Jong Un has gotten so unpopular people think he deserves an assassination movie? I am behind it :lol:

Considering, censorship in North Korea is quite high and access to the net is limited (except for an intranet); I would not be surprised if they modified the story to make us seem desperate.
