I did my duty to learn about the early British history they teach in American public schools, I did my duty and learned about the monarchies of Europe, the militarism they hold as holy and the subjugation of peoples they believed to be below them.
And I, an American, am hated by the world for doing my duty and being educated and understanding the world as it was and is now? I think you're out of line.
You can't hold harboring anti-American attitudes over people because they clearly never studied us in their shitty foreign schools, that's fucking ridiculous.
It's that militant, holier-than-thou, in-your-face attitude that makes so many people dislike America.
