No, there was also the peasantry and other forms of work as well. Simply, during Marx's time "salariat" was not even a term, that's why he never used it, otherwise he would have no problem.

I think we are all in agreement that either male or female establishment the outcome would be the same.A stable job serving bad food and keeping their employees relatively safe.Unlike others opinions it is better then other more nefarious industries that prey on young men and women.

Tips are split up amongst all employees at other restaurants and if I am not mistaken the girls keep all the tips they earn at Hooter's.I'll admit it isn't perfect,but it is much better the being a topless maid,stripper,porn star or prostitute.I said lesser of those evils.I mean a regular restaurant isn't evil unless it makes you work long hours with no over time and makes you wear those stupid buttons.Flare I believe they are called...
