No, Adam and Eve were put on this earth with plants and animals, not pizza and cake. They couldn't eat a nice buffet of pasta, ice cream, etc. All they had were plants and animals. God knows that killing animals isn't a sin. So in conclusion, killing a pig is not even close to as bad as killing a child.
