It isn't racist to say you want less of some kind of people in your country. I know lots of lovely Paraguayans for example. But I don't think that they contribute lots to the Argentinian society. Furthermore I think the government should stop giving documents ti those people because they are not Argentinian in any way. I don't want more immigration of poor people that 'use' the tax payers money so there children can have free education and healthcare and become Argentinian.
It is a real problem, and less Paraguayans would be nice but it is impossible. We should help them in their own country, not in Argentina.
