I would love dearly to see a whole bunch of businesses use these stamps when mailing out billing statements, just to see these sorts refusing mail because of the stamp and falling behind on their bills, ultimately ending up harassed by bill collectors when said businesses fork 'em over to collections due to non-payment.

Sadly, most businesses have their own postage meter contraptions and don't actually use stamps for such mailings, so it must remain a silly sleep-deprivation induced pipe dream.

I am a Christian, and frankly I find this attitude stupid. I have never heard of Milk, but it is stupid to tell people not to open mail because it has a stamp of a member of the LGBT community on it. Besides, who looks at the stamps anyways (other than stamp collectors)?

The fact that people will be so naïve to actually return to sender because of the stamp is scary, too. And believe me: I have a lot of Facebook friends who are ultra right wing who exhibit frightening levels of naïveté who would actually follow the instructions (I have an interesting story about my aunt and uncle following medical advice from the 700 Club, but that's for another day; my parents are Christian moderates, so they would likely find this story stupid, too).
