it means that without the right to choose her life is not her own. at any time everything she has planned for her life and her family can be hijacked by an unwanted pregnancy that she can do nothing about. she is required to do the work of creating a new person from scratch for as long as that process continues naturally. she is a slave.

im thinking that legal abortion and freely available birth control has been an amazing boon to the US economy because it frees up women to work outside the home. it greatly lowers the burden of unwanted children and disabled children. it lowers the long term crime rate and the general level of human misery.
