I'm actually incredibly surprised at the high rates in Western Europe.
The only thing I can assume would be the elder generations and them placing that mentality upon their children, though, this is merely an assumption.

I actually think that it has more to do with the influx of Moslem Immigrants, many of whom are dye-in-the-wool antisemites.

I doubt that, even if one were to assume that half of all Muslims were anti-Semitic (I'm not claiming anything here, this is purely hypothetical), their numbers in Western Europe (let alone Eastern Europe) are significant enough to cause rates that are well into the double-figures.
