I'm satisfied.
Your nation is like a son. What it does right is your merit, as well as what it does wrong is your fault. When you praise it, be lucid and avoid exaggeration. Praising it too much can make it indolent. On the other hand, when you criticize it, be harsh, but do not ridicule it. Do your best to improve it, not through derision or disdain, but through good examples and dedication.

it just seems disrespectful.

Though it has to be said, once the 1 : 3 was there, the dutch attacking squad became extremely individualistic. I hope for their sake that's because they're just having a go at the Spaniards. Could bite them in the arse against an opponent who knows how to organise a defence more than once over the course of an entire second half.

Still. Long balls and individual brilliance murder the shit out of tiki-taka. I'm not complaining.

So, odds on Spain going out in the group stage?

Poor Sneijder... 100th cap, everyone else got in on the scoring fun, and he gets set up so perfectly...and slips.

This has been so much fun.

Originally it did. Then it was changed to red centuries ago due to politics.
And then the nazis used it during the occupation in the second world war; so now it is almost as tainted as a swastika. Sadly.

We have an orange pennant that waves above the Dutch flag on occasions relating to the Dutch royal house.

The Spanish deserve it for their abhorrent defensive play. I'm looking at you, Casillas.
