I will be. I just know that I can't pass. Online classes were a huge mistake. I'm not stupid, but I cannot learn without physically being in the classroom. It's not even about devotion to doing homework. I started the semester strong, did homework every night... But I still couldn't do it. I would get close to grasping theorems and proofs, but then they would completely crumble.
And if I can't pass, then I'll be kicked out, anyway. So is there eve a point in getting up to take these exams when I know there's no chance in hell of me passing?

The big question there though is what would you do in said time off? Work? That can be even more taxing.

Yes but, if working allows me to save up enough money to move somewhere else (i.e. with Fi in NJ, ideally) then I can save up enough that I can move, stop working enough to get my bearings and start back to school, then resume working in something more part-time than what I'm doing now.
