You can look at how the vote was split and how horrible this system really is. For instance, the most popular televote in the UK was Poland, yet they received no points from the UK when it was combined with the jury vote.

Full points without individual jury breakdown are here.

But honestly, the UK voting for Poland because of the cleavage and stuff is ewwwww. All of them lechers!

Best bit about Poland was the into video where it looked kinda like Yolandi Vi$$er and DJ Hi-Tek collaborating to make a flag.

Guess the judges weren't knocking one out under the voting bench, unlike everyone who voted for them I guess.

I think Anouk got hurt points-wise with the "hmmm I'm famous enough lemme wear jeans and a shirt" thing. But then again, it's Anouk. No other style would have worked.

The Netherlands this year profited from a really great staging that's aided by the wonderful stage, and apposite use of what they were given.

Yeah. I've listened to the (studio version of the) Dutch entry again just now, and I think it was a very good song. I picked up on the Every Breath You Take similarity straight away when I heard it (for the first time) during the contest, and I think that's what turned me off it (especially since it's not a novel phenomenon) initially, but I think I was a little unfair.

Lol, Poland is getting televotes right left and centre, and gets zilch, nada, noppes from many of the jurys.

Seriously shafted.

Non Grand Final there. Just more videos of Conchita at a press conference.

Did him the favour so that'd he wouldn't have to scream at all. Conchita's win was just purely magical and no amount of screaming's going to spoil it for me :D

Fuck politeness. If people can't do what's expected of them, why should I reward their inability to complete simple tasks with politeness?

All I asked for was a link to a video. How fucking difficult is it for people to get that?

There's no bloody "fucking" link on Youtube or elsewhere at least for now, then. Good luck finding.

Obviously it was. Clearly expecting people to be able to complete simple tasks is asking too much of them. I did it myself and all I could find was the press conference and thousands of videos on Youtube about random shitheads prediticting the outcome and getting it ridiculously wrong.

Back to topic -

I'm actually somewhat surprised Finland got 11th, and Switzerland 13th.

Given Topi was sounding bad during UMK and Sebalter offkey, offtune and offbeat at Swiss Finals it is really a very awesome thing.

Aaaand honestly the Eastern Countries shouldn't come back because the one year they didn't come we didn't knew the results before voting. And no more Azerbaijani stuffing-ballot paying-money-for-votes nonsense and random Eastern votes to Azerbaijan.

It'll be hilarious to see how Dilara will explain to the Aliyevs.

There's none. (at least for the moment, since the one on Eurovision clearly isn't working).

It's just like kiddy porn. You're not going to find any. Nor voting for Eurovision 2015 or World Cup. There is none.

And please, no "God help us all", because if that's going to be said, Conchita wouldn't have won at all. It was amazing how devout nations from Ireland to Israel to Greece were all falling for Conchita with douze points.

Serious question; imagine they did it some how more like the voice, I.e the judges for the pre screening and the public didn't get to see who was performing or get to know what nation they were singing for. Who do you think would have won?

From jugs? :o

Tells Poland that sex sells, but they'd to send a better song so that the jury will rate them for the song and the public the milk jugs :P
