King Henry "The Dude" Tudor.

6 Marriages, awarding land to courtiers that were funny as fuck, hunting with all the cool peeps of England. He was surely the dudeliest king on England.

Either Stalin, with his cool mustache, or Putin, the stone cold fox.

Your test scores indicate that you are an open-minded ultra-progressive; this is the political profile one might associate with a journalist. It appears that you are skeptical towards religion, and have a balanced attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear neither committedly capitalist nor socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a liberal.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a sensible realistic egalitarian with several strong convictions.

For being the last emperor of a vestigial empire? The only thing he did was to die with honour, as such he hardly counts as the "coolest" of only Byzantine leaders.

"Coolness" is based on ones own opinion.
From recorded views of that time, people said he had an air of power and air or responsibility, he was a natural leader, he is a major part of Greek Folklore, and,as you stated, he died with his men defending his empire.
If that is not enough, then I don't know what is.
"To surrender the city to you is beyond my authority or anyone else's who lives in it, for all of us, after taking the mutual decision, shall die out of free will without sparing our lives."
"I would not go if there was any benefit to leave the city, but I can not go away. I will not leave you ever. I have decided to die with you!"-Emperor Constantine XI, last ruler of the Byzantines, and one of the greatest men ever to lead a nation.

Quanah Parker has got to be the "coolest" leader in history. He was the last great war chief of the dominate and powerful Comanche people and the head of the Quahadis band of Comanche in the stronghold of Comancheria throughout the mid to late 19th Century. He dealt blows against Nelson A. Miles and did all he could as a Comanche to protect his people from the nascent United States. His mother was White and his father was Native and he strove to prove himself (even though he was a half-breed) to his people and show the strength and determination that flowed through him.

After the surrender of his people he was a driving force for good among the disheartened and demoralized survivors during the Reservation years. He may have elected to wear the White Man's clothing, and learn the White Man's language and education, and did not often wear his people's dress, but in doing all those things and sacrificing a part of his life, he provided support for his people and helped advocate for their well-being in the face of an immoral and insanely corrupt Bureau of Indian Affairs and he was beloved and is still beloved by all Comanche who remember him.

Biographer Bill Neeley wrote: "Not only did Quanah [Parker] pass within the span of a single lifetime from a Stone Age warrior to a statesman in the age of the Industrial Revolution, but he never lost a battle to the white man and he also accepted the challenge and responsibility of leading the whole Comanche tribe on the difficult road toward their new existence."

Caesar.

When Sulla was purging Rome of anyone he thought might even look sideways at him, he demanded Caesar divorce his wife (the daughter of Sullas enemy) and Caesar told him to munch on a dick. Sulla even spared him from retribution while remarking that he saw much ubercoolness in young Caesar.

When Caesar was captured by pirates he was highly pissed off at the price they had him ransomed at - and he insisted that they double it. And while waiting for that to be paid he'd coolly laugh and joke with the pirates that when he was released he'd come back and crucify them all. They thought that was a great joke until he raised a fleet and came back and crucified them all.

One of his favourite pastimes was to screw the wives and sisters of his enemies in the Senate. Quite openly and with no hint of shame.

And then there was all that other stuff: smashing armies, conquering lands, winning civil wars, being Dictator for life. And his cool plans were then to invade and conquer Parthia and then conquer what is now eastern Europe and Germany. After that he was probably going to invent sunglasses, but he was uncoolly assassinated. By 60 men. Because when when you were as cool as him, it didn't matter if he was unarmed and alone. Anything less than 3 score assassins was just asking for him to bitch slap them to hell.

Ignore him, he doesn't debate over issues he knows he can't win. I don't even think he knows who Ronald Reagan is. It's probably just a name he saw getting trashed on the Being Liberal Facebook page.
