Sometimes I wonder how many different outcomes were possible for every choice I had to make back then. Yet, I feel no regret.

Is it healthy to think about such things? Especially at my age?

Nah, it is normal, actually. We are constantly reaching crossroads in life. We are constantly making choices. Some perhaps are more pivotal than others, some may be harder to make than others. It isn't strange to stop and sort of make an inventory of what has happened until a point and wonder if we made the correct choice on a given situation. After taking stock that way, we either feel like we did the correct thing or feel like we didn't. I don't see how that can be apathy setting in. However, you know yourself better than I do. Only you can ultimately say.
