I have met racists all over the spectrum. The worst being a white kid who hated blacks just because... well... he is a moron and enjoys starting (then getting his butt kicked by said) black kids. But the most racists I have ever met have been blacks who hated whites. Most of which were ignorant morons themselves and hated whites either because A: They think because they're black, they have the right to be civil rights immune -- meaning they have the authority to judge who's racist and why because they can't be... because they're black. And B: because they think they have to hate whites because they're blacks.

Now that is a pretty general make up of the black racists I have met; generally they assume because they're black, they can't be racists, and that because im white I am a racist for the smallest thing. With all of this being said, I have black friends who are so race neutral that they have encouraged me to use the N word, explain the use of it and admit it being not racist anymore (using it correctly anyways -- you know what I mean), and who is pretty friendly to racial jokes/instances of race. Racism has happily died down to low levels in these times and I hope it dies completely -- those small town racists and large ignorant racists out there will hopefully not spread their view of hate and discrimination into the future.
