Lower Illinois is actually conservative and loves TX as well as Missouri and Nebraska. Pretty much hates the east

Why do you have Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming included in the Midwest, while leaving out Illinois and Wisconsin?
