At the kitchen in my house, I burned my hand! Please help me! Right know I burned it! I don't know what to do! Lay down to me what I need to do.

Run it under cold water to numb it, then go get some burn cream. Bandage it and keep it clean. It will leave a scar.

Yeeeah, NSG is not the best place to seek medical advice. You're probably better off checking out medical websites. In the immediate future though, based on my own experiences with burns, that looks like a pretty nasty 2nd degree, so I'd recommend running it under cool water and then getting your butt to the nearest urgent care so a professional can treat it properly. A blister that big and already torn on the hand needs to be handled by medical professional, because you really do not want that thing to get infected, and I rather doubt at that scale you should really risk treating it yourself.
