Why would I ever want to mix the two? If I want to play an FPS with parkour, I can go play Brink or Mirror's Edge. Those games do parkour better than Titanfall, and Hawken does mechs better than Titanfall. The only thing Titanfall does is combine them, and I don't see the point in sacrificing quality for an unbalanced combination of mechanics.

I actually had more fun with CoD. I played it for a week before I got bored. Titanfall didn't even keep me entertained for three days.

I haven't been able to play CoD for longer than a day since CoD 4. I only bought Black Ops for the zombies.

Well, yea. The only campaigns I enjoyed were CoD 1 and CoD 2. I enjoyed CoD 4 for its multiplayer (especially modded servers with custom gametypes). I briefly played Black Ops zombies with some friends, but that got boring fairly fast. Haven't bothered with recent CoD's whatsoever.

BF tries to bridge the gap between realism (ARMA) and nonsense (CoD). Problem is, there's already a game for that. It's called Project Reality.

I find completely balanced FPS games pretty unfun tbh - if the definition of "fun" is I can kill you as easily as you can kill me.

Vehicles and unbalances make you think. Perfectly balanced games are just about accuracy who has the best internet connection. Dull, IMO.

My best memories were playing split-screen Halo 2 with my friends during the winter when we had nothing else to do. Split-screen multiplayer just doesnt' have the appeal it once did.

Exact same, Halo 2 and Halo 3 spilt screen is the best gaming experiences I've had, bar perhaps Arma 2 with ACE/ACRE mods - but in a different way. Split screen is certainly the most exciting time I've had gaming, ever X)

Never played ARMA before, actually I've never gotten into PC gaming. Probably due to the fact that my PC runs terribly slow.

For Halo however, it was Halo 1 & 2 for me. Memories of playing bazookas with my friends in the map Prisoner on Halo 1 was probably my most memorable gaming experience.

However for this next-gen, nothing really has me excited. It's sort of a shame.

PC. Can't afford Xbox's atrocious price nor do I want a PS4. There's no point. It won't play Last of Us so I'll just grab a PS3 if I do pick up a console. Or a new xbox when the one I have dies.

PC is much better, but if I had to choose I'd go for PS4
