I don't find ARMA clunky, nor do I find PR clunky.

With some practice neither do I, anymore. Although that scroll menu can be... frustrating with 50 players on one server and 12 of them trying to get into a blackhawk.

I have not got either yet, though i do plan on getting the PS4 at some point in the coming months when i get some more money in. Xbox One does not appeal to me.

Which of these 2 main Next Gen consoles do you consider better, and why do you think that?

I personally prefer the PS4 as it allows for free internet browsing, has a touch pad controller, and has stunning graphics.

In supporting the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, one is actively replicating the capitalist system in their living room, through their support of a closed system where the software and hardware is controlled by a board of corporate elites.

Thus, if one is opposed to capitalism, then they should take care not to purchase a console.

OMG that is sooooo important!

Better graphics, more processing power, more flexibility and of course mods.

But personally I bought a ps4. It's cheaper, more powerful and I don't have to worry about the NSA.
Plus play station didn't make me angry with their DRM and online policies like Microsoft did.

I do like the Xbox however it does not seem to allure me like its competition.

As far as PC is concerned I love computers, I want a new custom made computer, Downside is everything is outdated within months or if your lucky years even if you throw 3 Grand at it. I do need two desktops (and a new laptop) in the future for game development and testing (IE: I favor Apple for development of software but simple PCs for gaming, Go figure?)

Buy and play what you want, and what works for you. Who cares what any particular fanboy group says. YMMV, all that. Huzzah. I play what I play and like what I like, and I don't feel a particular need to be validated in that by a bunch of online posts to support those choices. I still can't gather why some do.
