Should Immigrants to the USA learn English?

Part of respecting the culture is learning the language. Not learning a tiny bit of French and coming here and only speaking English would be disrespectful, I am sure the Americans and the English feel the same about me.

No, there isn't. But it's impossible to maintain a good job in France without having knowledge of the French language.
