Sometimes, people create wills in order to decide who gets their property after they die. This has taken place for hundreds of years, and the way it can be done is presently regulated by law. Now, guidelines have been published to make it easier for lawyers to draw up these wills in a way that is in line with Islamic jurisprudence while not contravening said law.

In short, someone published a "how to" guide, and some people saw this as the collapse of society.

A group, that isn't even a true governmental group, issued voluntary guidelines for Islamic people's inheritances and wills.

Nothing changed. Nothing happened. There were no added laws. There will be no Eurabia, Muslims aren't taking over Europe, Muslims aren't bad, even though you think they are for some reason.

People already can divide their inheritances however they want. There's no "Eurabia" here and The Law Society is not the British government.

You didn't read any of those links, did you? The UK government is in no way involved in this, and no concession has been made to anybody. This is a non-government organisation responding to requests from its members for advice on how to write certain documents whilst remaining within the current law.
