If World War One was a bar fight

Postby The Black Forrest » Thu Mar 20, 2014 12:25 pm

A friend sent this to me and I did laugh.

There is not much to say about it as it's more of here is a pre-Friday funny.

Enjoy!

* There is actually a War on Christmas. But Christmas started it, with it's unparalleled aggression against the Thanksgiving Holiday, and now Christmas has seized much Lebensraum in November, and are pushing into October. The rest of us seek to repel these invaders, and push them back to the status quo ante bellum Black Friday border. -Trotskylvania

Spot on. Though after the fight is over America should be sat around drinking reminding everyone who would listen, how they won the fight for Britain.

Even this is not accurate. But that is because we have to learn the "true" version of history.

Fun fact:

In the early stages of world war one, the German auxiliary cruiser Cap Tralfagar disguised itself as the HMS Camaria. Off the coast of Brazil, the two ships met, and got it a fight, causing the Cap Tralfagar to sink.

How would the Franco-Prussian war factor into this? What about World War 2? What about the Cold War?

Franco-Prussian War: Germany and France have a pre-existing grudge due to a previous incident.
WWII: Germany is annoyed about having it's things stolen at the end of the bar fight and ends up starting another fight.
Cold War: After working together in the second bar fight the US realises they don't like the USSR and the two spend the rest of the evening staring at each other across the room, occasionally making threatening gestures but never actually fighting each other directly.

This nation should not be taken to be representative of my real-life views, nor should any of the nonsense I posted on here as a teenager.

Better analogy for the Cold War: The US had gotten a gun near the end of the last fight and shot Japan in the foot, thereby ending it. The USSR then got one. The two of them keep going and getting better guns and pointing them at each other, but neither of them actually fire. Finally, the USSR faints from exhaustion.

I got a good laugh from this. We lost so many countrymen in that war, that we had problems with Male population.

Similar, but with guns. Germany and Japan also leave the bar ocasionally to gun down innocent passersby. It ends with a burned down bar, Russia raping Germany and Japan suffering from radioactive contamination.
