Are we not going to talk about how the Cornish people founded their own country?
Gran Uruguay is a unified nation made up of Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay, with the capital being Montevideo (hence Gran Uruguay).

Well, this map still has flaws, even 86 years in the Future. It still could take a while. I'll release a 2100 - 2200 on another thread later.
