Russia as a whole views homosexuality as wrong too, with 70% of Russians in a Gallup poll stating they believe gays to be unnatural. So that's a very large number of people who don't believe in creation opposing homosexuality.

With the 200 gay couples I remember. Weren't they annihilated in battle against Phillip II? Anyway, the Greeks were an advanced society, which though religious, had a religion which glorified homosexuality as well. You're missing the people that realize that restricting equal rights for one group of people might not work in their favor in the long run. That's a pretty large group to be ignoring.
