I enjoy being able to help folks when I can. I enjoy being able to give back to the community. I don't enjoy having to bust chops, believe it or not. I don't enjoy the politicking or abuse. Or the occasional infighting that goes on. Most of all, I enjoy the people. That's what makes this all what it is.
