I would not think that in their youth they were over-exaggerated.
I mean, Charlotte Bronte's descriptions are convincing enough to want to go back in time and shag her.

I am not sure I would prefer her for a relationship though (which isn't the point of time travel in the first place. I mean, who would want to be stuck in 19th century England or in a relationship with a potential ancestor? Although make sure you carry a lot of condoms and whatnot with you to the past, you'll need them.)

Well, with sufficient time-management skills, maybe some spreadsheets or a database to keep track of the numbers... I'm sure it could be done, but it'd take an awful lot of time given the equipment involved has a biologically-enforced cooldown period.

It's a magical solution to all of these problems.

Charlotte had a lovely smile but that family ... *shudders* Miss Austen was much livelier, an excellent dancer. I rather liked Miss Evans, George Eliot, that is. Mrs. Carlyle was a true character, though not unlikeable. Mr. Butler said, "It was very good of God to let Carlyle and Mrs Carlyle marry one another, and so make only two people miserable and not four."

If you use the time machine to wait for the cool down to end where would you go? If you go to the time before you shag the one person only to do another person would that not cause a paradox since there's more than one of you in that part of time? And if it repeats tht would tear apart the universe and THEN where would we be?

Hmmm ... the universe would be filled with eternally tumescent men, all of whom look the same. Not a good image, no.
