If they don't commit the act it is not a problem. I think homosexual acts should be banned, but if people can hold back their sinful urges I have no problem with them. That would actually show great strength of character to not fall to the dark side.

It is nobody's place to judge someone based on their sexual orientation. If they have insane amounts of gay sex, that's not your problem. Unless 8 gay dudes break into your house and have a huge orgy in your living room, (without the decency to clean all that up)what does it matter to you who they have sex with? I mean, sure you may believe that it's an atrocity if a guy gets fucked in the ass, but they are genetically predisposed to be gay, and if something's genetic, you can't fix it. Hair color, for example, is genetic. If you have brown hair but dye it blonde, it's still gonna grow brown. If you tell a gay guy not to be gay, he'll still be gay! If god does get mad at people for being gay, there's nothing you can do about it, so you might as well not force your extreme christian beliefs on those who think otherwise.

Is there any non-religious reason for banning homosexuality? Because not everyone is Christian, nor does every Christian subscribe to your weird views.

Why should we ban something as homosexuality, given the impossibility of enforcing that ban? It is a waste of money to enforce a strict ban on homosexuality, just as it is impossible to effectively ban prostitution.

The only problem with homosexuality, is that people seem to think that it's a problem. You can't stop someone from being who they are any less than you can command the sky to stop being the sky.
