Well I can see why someone wouldn't want to date a pre-op transexual, and I wouldn't consider that a fetish. Also, post-ops can't have kids, so that's another (legitimate) reason not to date someone, for some people.

No, all human genotypes are prone to intersex conditions (enough ambiguity of sexual corporeality for pathologization), given how everybody is a little ambiguous due to the same reasons some people develop ambiguous genitals and gonads, or will experience a heterosexual puberty (i.e. a boy developing "as a girl" and vice-versa), or will have a neurological wiring regarded as more typical of the "opposite sex".

I agree it shouldn't be done by others. Which is why intersex conditions shouldn't be pathologized, people mutilate at least 10% of intersex infants' genitals because of said bullshit.

The genitals of a trans person even aren't central to many forms of sex. Hell, lots of them are dysphoric.
