A person with downs syndrome isn't likely to do much harm to anybody.

An otherwise mentally healthy person in dire financial straits is more likely to harm somebody in their effort to stay alive than a happy and satisfied middle class person with a steady income.

Several, yes. A requirement so that I could obtain accommodation. The scores are ridiculously off. There's a reason IQ means nothing beyond getting into Mensa, which is just a useless circlejerk.

I'm bipolar and Schizophrenic. I came off my meds for a few weeks and had a severe episode and tried to stab myself and 3 of my friends, successfully stabbing one of them in the arm.
I would say, people like me are much more likely to commit murder than a non-ill person.
The difference is, when a person like me commits these acts (Like myself), we don't remember doing it, or we don't know why we did it.
A person who is mentally sound, but has a murderous streak, does it for a purposeful reason.
My brother also has the same illness' and he committed murder and he is in a high security mental facility , he won't be released.
