Immigration would exist, but it would be heavily regulated to prevent overflowing of immigrants and illegal immigrants.
Multiculturalism would exist, to an extent, in nations that are multicultural by definition. Like Russia.
Individual Liberties would be up to the governing body.
Taco Bell is a restaurant, restaurants sell people food to eat.

Fascism as asserted by the Duce is most certainly not socialistic in nature. It's populist yes, but it opposes socialism like the plague.
