Also, the government forms aren't about your mindset or personal beliefs, they're about your body parts, if you got da jiggly parts of a woman and were labeled a woman or female at birth, then the government considers you to be female. It does not care about what your selected pronoun is (just like how when it watches you, it isn't actually watching or collecting information for personal use, but that's a tangent for another thread), just that you pay your taxes.
