No, for real how does this gender option display? Can I first choose between the most common genders( man and woman), and if I'm dissatisfied I can click for more alternatives? Cis Male and cis man are basically repeats, yeah. But 'man' can cover cis males and transgender males.

There are a lot of options, because there are a lot of ways people can identify.
