I see no one trying to deprive you of that.

Miss something? They covered the same stuff 5 times over.....

You mentioned that like 3 times. And I responded to it.

Ironic, huh?

Do you not know what Irony is?

How do you "Live between" Genders?

It's not particularly difficult really. You just embrace traits commonly associated with other genders, without actually labelling yourself as any of them, because you see yourself as having an identity that doesn't actually meet the criteria to be called a "man" or a "woman".

For instance, a person who combines both traditionally manly and womanly mannerisms and clothing, and creates a style of their own.

I''m somewhat curious at what point the distinction is made between "Living between genders" and "cisgendered female with some masculine tendencies". Or is it just a matter of identification? Or are they wholly different, with the former option meaning an almost even balance between masculinity and femininity?

False. There are an infinite potential number of gender identities.

Yep...Just pick your name. it's a Gender...Facebook isn't recognizing my Gender. Gosh...

You are confusing gender with sex... and ignoring the existence of intersex people. Shame on you.

According to Webster they are synonymous.

So in what way was that.
1.humor based on opposites: humor based on using words to suggest the opposite of their literal meaning
2.something humorous based on contradiction: something said or written that uses humor based on words suggesting the opposite of their literal meaning
3.incongruity: incongruity between what actually happens and what might be expected to happen, especially when this disparity seems absurd or laughable

There are two: male and female. Mentally, people can think whatever they want, but physically there are two (unless you count hemaphrodites).

It was, in fact "a state of affairs or an event that seems deliberately contrary to what one expects and is often wryly amusing as a result".

You're confusing gender and sex. Gender is the mental bit, sex the physical.

Personally, wasn't expecting someone who had spent so long complaining about redundancy and repetition to repeat their complaint (redundantly) several times in place of expanding upon it.

Gender has nothing to do with biology.

I didn't think I needed to expand on it..What was to expand on it?
They had multiple Things in the list that meant the same thing....Pure and simple. What's the point of multiple List items that mean the same thing?

No, those are sexes.

What you're saying is the equivalent of saying there are only seven songs: A, C, D, E, F, G, and H.

They were probably unsure as the the exact points of overlap and decided to err on the side of caution. Like me, they're probably not experts in all the various different pronouns used by those who do not identify as male or female, and figured it would be best to simply insert all they could think of and leave it up to the users. After all, it hardly takes a great deal of time to type out a few extra words, just in case.

Yes, you're right that biologically people are either male, female, or hermaphrodite, but sex and gender are not the same thing.

Okay a few things. So to Make this List Facebook had people who didn't know Over-laps of Genders? Nice one Facebook. Couldn't they just go type it in Online? Like Honestly. I found all the definitions in like Ten seconds....

According to psychiatrists, they are not.

And you think some list you find online is going to cover every single one of Facebook's 1.23 billion or so users? People are diverse. They all use different words. Giving them as much choice as possible is good and requires little to no extra effort. You're making a big deal out of nothing and being deliberately obtuse and pedantic along the way. I think we're done here.
