What's wrong with wanting to prevent undesirables and miscreants from hurting the atmosphere of your establishment? Banning everyone of a certain race is wrong, but that doesn't sound like what he intended.

The restaurant’s official t-shirt ["Where Great Whites Gather"] makes it clear that a “f*ggot” isn’t welcome in James’s establishment. It features that word, the N-word ["Nigger Free Zone"] , and threatens violence against Muslims, Democrats, and members of many minority groups.

I'm not saying it's okay to prohibit broad categories of people from your restaurant, because it's not.

What I'm saying is that the owner has the right to ban people from his store if they are detracting from the experience of the other customers by being loud (black people are often guilty of this in the south but so are others), smelly, obnoxious, raggedy in appearance, disrespectful, trouble-starters, etc.

Well it is his business. If he wants to exclude people from entering, more power to him. Doesn't mean you have to agree with what he says, or even accept it.

He doesn't have the right to do that, and is in violation of federal law.

If you want to do business in the marketplace, you have to follow the rules. Simple as that.

I do not care what this man does with his business. Government has NO business stepping in and telling him what to do.

The Free market is going to respond and this guy will go OUT of business. I do not agree with his views but I assure you that this guy will not operate for long.

Are you a racist? I'm from Pennsylvania and just go to one of the Harrisburg or Philidelphia ghettos.

Hell, go up to Maine's ghettos, you'll see ALL what you've just described. I live in the south now and most of the blacks I know are nice, respectful people. Ok, so what if they dress a certain way?
