Yeah, yeah, I've heard it before. I know that Freudian and Jungian psychology aren't particularly rigorous but that doesn't mean that stuff can't be interesting or informative.

It gave me that same type 3 times in as many years(stupid 4-year plan).
2^(8*3)= 16777216 possibilities. 3/16777216 = 0.000000179 = 0.0000179% chance that would happen if the answers were truly random.

Look, it's not scientific. It has no more grounding than the "What Smurf are you?" online quizzes.

Why does it matter to you? I'm not evaluating people's life decisions based on this, I just think it's a fun and generally accurate framework through which to analyze the personalities of people I know and their similarities and differences. This thread wasn't "what is the most scientifically rigorous form of personality typoloigy".

Well, I "lose" energy when I'm around a large group of people I'm unfamiliar with, but I do gain energy when I'm around a few good friends.

It's the same with me. I'd consider that introversion.

I know several people like that, including my boyfriend (who is INFJ). Many of the people I hang out with and everyone in my immediate family are introverts, but I'm personally a strong extrovert who lapses into anxiety if I'm home alone too long. I do display a couple behaviors that could be seen as introverted but that's because I'm autistic.

I used to score as INTJ, but I've been steadily drifting towards INTP for a while.
