Since it isn't sin that doesn't matter.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna hop in my MINI Cooper, don my lenseless glasses and ride to Starbucks at the local bookstore, where I'll go on my Macbook and write on my blog about vegan cheesecake recipes. All while wearing an ironic T-shirt.

Ooh, send me those recipes, will ya? My family's been looking for a good one.

First you buy some cheese. Then you remember cheese is made of milk. You buy soy milk and attempt to make your own soy cheese. You fail and give up, and buy a bag of macadamia nuts from the supermarket instead.

Yeah I actually don't know any vegan cheesecake recipes... which is fine by me, since regular cheesecake is delicious.

Have you ever tried to surpress all sexual urges because you feel perverted?

Thought not. Depression and self hatred aren't fun. So stop pretending like you're helping, and recognize how harmful what you're advocating actually is.

The purity of marriage?

The fuck?

Here's a serious question that I expect an answer for: If you're so pushy for the sanctity of marriage to be upheld by denying a group of people basic human rights, why haven't you made any arguments against divorce? It says pretty clearly in your "holy" book that divorce is not allowed.

Divorce is strongly discouraged and breaks the bonds of marriage, which saddens God. I'm not sure if it's considered a sin, but if it is, it is one that has become too commonplace in society for me to fix it. SSM however is something that can still be fought against, and it is my obligation to do so.

Not really, since not everyone is of your religion. Also, it is rather hard to redact a right once given, and the right to have their marriages recognized is spreading.

I figured, but I wasn't quite sure. Regardless, I just practice the standard omnivorous diet and eat regular cheese, so it's irrelevant.

There is a very long very complicated proof of 1+1=2. No such proof lies behind your claim that your religion is the holy word of god.

Every single religion thinks they are adding 2+2 and getting 4. try and tell them they're wrong. go on, tell every single one of the 1000's of denominations that you are right, and each and every one of them are wrong. See what happens.

Members of other religions could say the same about Christianity.

There is no objective reason why your religion is more valid than that of another person.

Actually, you can use math to prove that 2+2=4. So, no, it isn't "just is".

Ah but not eating your veggies can cause quite significant physical harm, and in addition we are not talking about children. Marriage between those of the same sex does not cause harm, and is not dealing with children.

It's naive to think that people will accept 'salvation' shoved down their throats.

Are you advocating forced conversion? :eyebrow:

Of course not. Forced conversion is not conversion at all.

I do not intent to shove anything down throats, just show you the path and allow you follow it if you so choose.
