Probably in the middle ideally, but realistically tending toward women because it's easier to assume people are straight or at least bisexual.
I tend to focus on flirting with vagina'd people. If I find out someones gay i'll include them in my "I shall flirt with this person!" list, but otherwise nah. It's too much hassle.
