True, but even their relation to these Samoyeds wouldn't necessarily make them asian. I mean a lot of Northern Russians share the same Hapiogrouping as the Samoyeds and Karelians and Saamis, and the North of Russia is probably the whitest of all of Russia

Look, I don't want to go to far into it: but this was part of a ploy to get Saiwania to contradict himself by showing that his standards are inconstant. The ploy required that I play up the Sami's otherness to be effective.

That article, as far as I can see, refers to the 'Latino Vote' as the vote that Latinos make, if you get me, and not, like Quintinium was trying to say, that they all vote for their political parties on the basis of support of religion, or support of Latinos.

The proposal was mainly made for the purpose of reducing illegal immigration.

It shouldn't do that though, because economic immigrants, i.e. immigrants from whom the country derives a net economic benefit in both, the short and long term, should already be considered legal, so I don't know how much that'll actually reduce illegal immigration.
